Terms & Conditions — Campus Ambassador (India)
Last Updated: 28 November 2025By registering and participating, you agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, and verification processes outlined below.
- Participation is strictly limited to individuals currently enrolled in a recognised college or university.
- Valid proof of college enrollment may be requested at any stage for verification.
Ensure accurate enrollment documents are available when requested.
The Program operates under a performance-based slab system as follows:

- Registrations are counted only after successful onboarding and participation in the internship program.
- Only verified registrations that meet eligibility and onboarding requirements will be counted.
- Ambassador must submit accurate data of all registered candidates in an approved format for verification.
- Organization will require 10 business days to verify candidate information after completion of their internship and issuance of certificates.
- Payment will be processed only upon successful verification of records.
Upon achieving the first milestone of verified onboarding, the Ambassador will receive:
- Official Campus Ambassador Badge
- Branded Program T-Shirt
- Certificate of Participation
Monetary rewards will be processed only after:
- Completion of internship by registered candidates
- Certificate issuance to candidates
- Successful document verification
- Completion of the 10-day verification window
- Ambassadors receive exclusive access to onboarding sessions and training sessions conducted for interns.
- Ambassadors must maintain discipline, professionalism, and integrity while representing the organization.
- Ambassadors must provide accurate and authentic data of candidates referred.
- Any falsified, manipulated, or duplicated information will result in immediate disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of all rewards.
- Personal information collected will be handled securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws and organizational privacy policies.
- Ambassadors must handle intern retention and monitor attendance of interns referred under their batch.
- Ensure that no misinformation, fraud, or inappropriate conduct occurs during promotion or data submission.
- Payments will be transferred only to bank details provided by the Ambassador after verification.
- The organization is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete banking information.
- The organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
- Participants will be notified of major policy updates affecting eligibility or rewards.
By submitting the registration form and participating in the Campus Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
