Writing effective Job Descriptions (JDs)
Employee onboarding and orientation practices
Basics of HR policies and workplace guidelines
Payroll structure and CTC understanding
Introduction to labour laws and HR compliance
Performance appraisal and employee engagement
Use of HR technology and HRMS tools
Practical learning through case studies and mock interviews
