Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our guidelines for order cancellations and refunds

At InternBoot, we are dedicated to empowering students with the best resources and guidance for a successful internship journey. We value your commitment to your career and strive to maintain a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy.

1. Program Enrollment & Payment Policy

Once you enroll in a paid program (e.g., a course, mock interview package, or personalized test) and complete the payment, your access to the program material or scheduling options will be granted immediately (unless otherwise stated for specific services).
All payments are processed securely via our trusted payment gateway providers.

2. Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Due to the immediate access to digital content, personalized services, and valuable resources provided by InternBoot, our refund policy is as follows:

Eligible for Refund:

  • If the student has not accessed more than 10% of the course content in a structured learning program.
  • If a technical error on our platform prevented access to the purchased program or service (and we cannot resolve it within 5 business days).
  • If a program or service is cancelled by InternBoot before its scheduled start date or delivery.

Refund Request Window: Within 7 days of the original purchase.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • If the program is already completed, or more than 10% of content has been accessed/downloaded.
  • For downloadable resources (e.g., interview guides, e-books), completed personalized sessions (e.g., mock interviews, career counseling), or bundled packages once any part of the bundle has been accessed or utilized.
  • In cases where dissatisfaction is due to unmet personal expectations without valid platform issues (e.g., "I didn't get an internship after completing the course," as we guarantee preparation, not placement).

Important: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

3. Program Cancellation Policy

a. By the Learner:

Learners may cancel their enrollment within 7 days if they meet refund eligibility criteria (as outlined in Section 2).

Cancellation beyond 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. However, continued access to digital content may be provided for the remaining duration of a course, or an attempt to reschedule test may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

b. By InternBoot:

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any program, session, or service under unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, inactive user).

In such cases, students will be offered either a full refund or a free transfer to another available batch or equivalent program/service.

4. Transfer Policy

Learners may request to transfer their enrollment to another batch or equivalent program/service before accessing any program material or commencing any personalized session.

Transfer requests are subject to program availability and InternBoot’s approval.
